• The registration fee will be paid to Turkish Society of Hypertension and Atherosclerosis which is free of tax and donation voucher will be provided.
• Above rates are per person and quoted in Euro, any other currencies will not be accepted.
• Please note that the reduced fee applies only if both the registration form and payment has been received by the deadline date.
The registration forms will not be valid unless payments are received.
• The participants who did not booked accommodation through Congress Organization Secretariat, SLS Tourism, will be subjected to "Facility Usage Fee" which covers the Coffee Breaks and Lunches serving between the Congress hours.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
• Until January 16, 2012: Refund of fee minus 25% administrative charge.
