Those who wish to accommodate at Congress Hotels are kindly asked to duly fill in the “Accommodation Form” and send it together with the necessary payment documents to the organizing secretariat via fax ( +90 212 3476505) or e-mail (hypertension@slsturizm.com.tr).

• Prices include 4 nights ( March 14 - 15 - 16 - 17, 2012) accommodation in standart room, coffee breaks and lunches during the congress period at the Congress Venue, Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner and will be fully charged even for shorter stayings.
• Above rates are subjected to VAT (18 %), which will be added.
• Please note that the reduced fee applies only if both the accommodation form and payment has been received by the deadline date.
• The participants will have their breakfast and dinner in their staying hotel.
• The participants who did not book accommodation through Congress Organization Secretariat SLS Tourism, will be subject to pay "Facility Usage Fee" which covers the Coffee Breaks and Lunches serving during the Congress hours, Gala Dinner and Welcome Cocktail.
• The acommodation fee should be paid to the bank account stated below and the payment transfer form should clearly state the name of the participant and event name, “9th Mediterranean Meeting on Hypertension and Atherosclerosis”. Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
• Until January 16, 2012: Refund of fee minus 25% administrative charge.
• Until February 10, 2012: Refund of fee minus 50% administrative charge.
• After February 10, 2012: No refund (including cancellation of the social event).
• After March 2, 2012: No name changes will be accepted.
• Any Money transfer deduction will be charged on arrival

Transfer

• The above rates are per person for two way transfers and subjected to VAT (18 %), which will be added.
• The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to cancel regular group transfer if the  minimum number of 7 participants is not met. Such cancellations will be fully refunded.
